Love this on so many fronts, so excited to learn vicariously through you how Future Shock goes!

- Career pathways being dead -- doubling down on this even more so with junior talent on ramps also potentially changing massively, an insight Karn shared recently with me from what she's seeing across South America.

- So glad y'all got feedback that pushed you to be more bold!

- I know this is a bit different, but the Chautauqua circuit and your pop up pilot (and push away from very long lectures as form) reminded me of the Maker community and Maker Faire. I know that company/brand has gone through ups and downs, but I wonder how that community and movement is fairing these days. (And yes, pun very much intended) Maybe you can plug into it for recruitment as well? (I'd also guess a lot of learning in formal settings has pushed toward coding/programming vs. making in general because of an idea around in-demand, marketable skills.)
